How much does our group profit/how much is the cost for the cookie dough?

Our cookie dough sells for $14 (Gourmet flavors) and $15 (Premium flavors).  Your group will earn $7.00 per box of cookies sold at the close of your fundraiser. 

How many boxes should the seller’s goal be?

 A good goal for each seller is between 10 and 20 boxes.  If you offer incentives/prizes, you will find that the sellers will sell more!

 Do I have to pay sales tax?

Your group is responsible for sales tax unless you are a non-profit organization with tax exempt status.

 Should our group sell Tubs or pre-formed boxes of cookie dough?

 Most of our groups are starting to sell pre-formed boxes, although we still have tubs available.  Here are a few reasons why people like the preformed:

1)  Bake only what you need.

2)  No scooping necessary.

3)  We charge the same price for both tubs and pre-formed.

The choice is completely up to you!  For your convenience, we offer both the 3 lb tubs as well as the pre-formed boxes, which contain 48-1 oz. pre-formed cookies.

Is there any initial cost to us?
No.  We provide all the materials you need to kick off and run your fundraiser.

How long should we run our sale?
We recommend 2 weeks (two full weekends) but you can choose whatever time period suits your situation best.

Should I offer incentives with my cookie dough sale?

While incentives vary from group to group, most sponsors will offer prizes such as top sellers, classroom parties, etc.

 How long does the cookie dough keep?

6 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 1 year in the freezer.  Once you taste our cookie dough, you'll realize this is a "non-factor"!

 How long will the cookie dough stay frozen once it arrives?

Since the dough is sub zero when it arrives, if you keep the cookie dough in the shade, it will stay frozen through the entire distribution.

 Does the cookie dough have to remain frozen?
No. The dough can be thawed and refrozen up to 5 times.

 How long does it take to get our cookie dough order?

As a general rule of thumb, the cookie dough takes 2-3 weeks from the time we receive the order. 

   Does your cookie dough have a shipping charge?

Shipping is FREE for orders of 50 cases or more!  If your group does not meet the 50 cases, a shipping fee of $125 is charged.

Do we have to order the cookie dough by the case?

Yes, each of the flavors must be ordered by the case.  

How many tubs or boxes of cookie dough are in a case?

Each case has 8 tubs or boxes.

What do we do with the extra tubs?

Most of our groups have no problem getting rid of the few extra tubs or boxes of cookie dough.  TIP FOR THE EXTRA'S...Once you tally your order, you will know exactly how many of each flavor you have to sell.  Most groups have no problem selling the extras by putting out a note to staff.  You will also have people at the distribution who forgot to order and will choose to buy them.
